Every Mountain View customer has a personal referral link inside their customer portal. Share that link with anyone who’s curious about their water. When they book through it, we automatically know it came from you.

Don’t want to mess with portals or links? No problem. When your friend calls or texts us at 423-218-9361 or books a free water test online, they just need to mention your name. We’ll take care of the rest.
Why we built this program.
The reality is, we don’t spend a lot on advertising. We never have. Nearly 10 years and over 1,000 families later, the vast majority of our growth has come from people like you telling someone else about their water.
Word of mouth isn’t a marketing strategy for us.
It’s how the business actually works.
We built this referral program because we wanted to do more than just say thank you. We wanted to actually show our appreciation in a way that felt fair and meaningful. If you’re sending people our way, you deserve more than a verbal thanks.
Questions we hear most
Anyone who isn’t already a Mountain View customer and hasn’t already requested a free water test from us. As long as they’re new to us and they book through your link or mention your name, they count.
To celebrate 10 years of better water in the Tri-Cities, we’re doubling every referral reward through September 6, 2026. Refer someone for a full system and you’ll get a $200 gift card instead of $100, or $400 in service credit instead of $200. Every tier is doubled. As long as your referral installs on or before September 6, the doubled reward is yours.
The same day your referral’s system is installed. Cristina will send you a text letting you know it’s on the way.
Refer as many people as you want. Every qualifying referral earns a gift card. There’s no cap.
The referral program itself is ongoing, with no deadline. But the doubled rewards are a limited summer offer that ends September 6, 2026. After that, rewards go back to the regular amounts. So if you’ve been meaning to send someone our way, this summer is the time to do it.
Yes. The reward depends on what they end up purchasing or installing. Air systems and standalone services qualify too (see the reward tiers above).
