Why we built this program.
The reality is, we don’t spend a lot on advertising. We never have. Nearly 10 years and over 1,000 families later, the vast majority of our growth has come from people like you telling someone else about their water.
Word of mouth isn’t a marketing strategy for us.
It’s how the business actually works.
We built this referral program because we wanted to do more than just say thank you. We wanted to actually show our appreciation in a way that felt fair and meaningful. If you’re sending people our way, you deserve more than a verbal thanks.
Questions we hear most
Anyone who isn’t already a Mountain View customer and hasn’t already requested a free water test from us. As long as they’re new to us and they book through your link or mention your name, they count.
The same day your referral’s system is installed. Cristina will send you a text letting you know it’s on the way.
Refer as many people as you want. Every qualifying referral earns a gift card. There’s no cap.
No deadline. The referral program is ongoing. As long as your friend mentions your name or books through your link, you’ll get credit whenever they install.
Yes. The reward depends on what they end up purchasing or installing. Air systems and standalone services qualify too (see the reward tiers above).
